Little Miracles UK was founded by Marsha Davis, mum of 6 including 1 baby with meningitis and 3 premature babies.
On the birth of Marsha’s last daughter in 2012 at just 25 weeks she realised that there was not enough support for families of premature babies going through the same awful journey that she was.
Whilst sat day after day next to her daughter Eleanor’s incubator she set up Little Miracles UK which was originally supposed to be a small local charity, but which has grown rapidly to cover the whole of the UK in the last 6 years.
During these last 6 years not only has Marsha been running Little Miracles full time and also campaigning tirelessly against Neonatal unit downgrades – and winning, but she also organised Wales’ biggest ever protest, which saw 4000 people turn out to halt Government plans.
She has raised tens of thousands of pounds through fundraising events and has taken on a role within the Neonatal national review team, reviewing units all over the country.
2018 has also seen Marsha set up a new premature baby wear manufacturing company called Little Miracles outlet where she has designed hundreds of items of neonatal clothing and awareness clothing for adults.
With the help of a fabulous Little Miracles team Little Miracles UK is set for even bigger things in 2019.
